Pre-Order Terms

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are available for any products that may be out of stock at the time of purchase. All pre-orders are paid in full, with an estimated arrival date. 

Please note that due to the nature of international shipping, external factors such as production delays or customs clearances may result in delays to our pre-order shipments. We will keep you posted on any expected delays.

Delivery will be arranged once the shipment has been received and you will be sent a tracking number. 

If you purchase an item on pre order along with an already in stock item, your whole package will be sent once the pre ordered items arrive to our warehouse. If you wish to have your packages sent separately, you will be asked to pay another flat rate of $10 for shipping. Please contact us via email studio@themuseedition.com if you wish to organise this.
